Sanjoy Banerjee, Partner and Chief consultant of I-Cube Insights Business Consulting and Training LLP , is an electrical engineer with post graduation in General Management from IIM (Calcutta) with over 33 years of proven experience across Financial Services, IT and Engineering industry; in leadership positions for setting up and running profit centers, businesses/organizations, developing business strategy and implementing processes and systems for improving credit and risk management for retail asset financing, increasing operational efficiencies.

Prior to promoting I-Cube Insights, he was the Executive Director and Head of the mutual fund analytics and Investment advisory division of ICRA Online Ltd. He was instrumental in restructuring the marketing and operational processes and strategically refocused the organization from a mutual fund data and analytics provider to an investment advisory organization with research and financial planning tools covering multiple asset classes (Mutual Funds, Insurance and Debts).

He specializes in business processes, strategy consulting for SMEs and training in financial services, on SME/retail credit and collections, impact financing, affordable housing finance and in NBFC operations, blending his experience across multiple functions and Industry verticals.

He is an empanelled trainer with CRISIL and has, independently/in partnership, carried out comprehensive training programs for Reliance Capital, Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Services, ICICI bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank etc. He advises SMEs on business strategy and financial structuring.

A Chartered accountant with over 30 years of experience as a chartered accountant in practice having excellent knowledge in the field of accountancy, finance management and taxation.

He has been the financial disciplinarian behind the company who devised the financial and accounting processes and statutory compliance aspects of the company.

Dr. Leonard Yong was an international consultant who trained and consulted in many countries worldwide. He was an Educational and Industrial Psychologist. Prior to his retirement as Professor at the Universiti Malaya Department of Counseling and Educational Psychology, he had taught for more than 20 years at Universiti Malaya. He was also the pioneering Director of the Universiti Malaya Centre for Continuing Education.

Dr. Yong gained international recognition for his research and consultancy work on creativity and emotional intelligence. Based on his pioneering work on the LEONARD Personality Inventory (LPI) and the LPI Software, and their use in helping individuals develop Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and creativity, he consulted and conducted numerous training workshops on EQ and Creative Thinking for leaders.

Dr. Yong addressed groups in many countries such as the United States, Austria, United Kingdom, Australia, France, New Zealand, Germany, Italy, Russia, Japan, China, India, South Korea, Indonesia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand, and Papua New Guinea. He also undertook creativity and EQ research in the United States, Australia, Austria, Germany, Italy, Japan, and the United Kingdom.

An insurance industry expert with over 33 years of valuable experience working for several Life insurance companies like LIC of India, Future Generali Life, Sahara Life and Reliance Life. He has lead the operations teams for many years and has immense insights into the continuous challenges faced by insurance companies in managing an effective and complaint operations process.

He started his career with LIC of India in the IT department and has managed various key projects of LIC like ESS, etc.

He has been instrumental in making IT systems evaluations and selections for the companies he has worked with in the past and has been supportive of good technology endeavors by small and large IT vendors who have successfully implemented systems in these companies.

He has been constantly following the directives and guidelines from the regulator in the country and the inferences of how it impacts the insurers and their compliance environment. This is one of the driving forces of the product roadmap of Krish mark and will surely help the company to enhance its products to meet the future expectations of the industry in India and overseas.
