The system has a dynamic common-view architecture that enables the customer service users to get a complete 360 degree view of the customer at the point of interaction.

The system also has the marketing - lead generation and sales tracking capabilities for the purpose of effective sales management for cross sell - up sell needs of an organization supported by a strong MIS capabilities to be able to measure productivity and predictability.

The commBRIDGE CRM for Servicing system can be easily integrated with the telephone dialer applications / hardware and has all integration interfaces readily available. This system has a ready capability of integrating with the recently launched IRDA - IGMS system. The system has already been implemented for 4 Indian (2 Life and 2 General) insurance companies.

A flexible and simplified implementation of a CRM- Servicing Solution for SMEs to automate their customer servicing & tracking process with limited integration capabilities with other systems.

The CRM Lite version provides a smart user interface for request handling (logging and processing) as per guidelines and specifications of the customer. The Lite version supports out-bound email and SMS capabilities.
